There is a card message box in your cart where you can add a short message. It will be added to a gift card and sent with your gift basket.
In case you’ve forgotten to add a message, drop us an email on sales@philippinegiftbasket.com with your order number. We’ll add your message if the order hasn’t been dispatched.
We charge 10 USD for Metro Manila areas and 15 for Outside Metro manila areas as a shipping fee per order and our gift boxes are bulky, extra boxes incur a higher shipping fee so they need to be ordered separately.
You can place separate orders for each person .If your list is more than 10 people, you can drop us an email with the Gift Basket you’re interested in and we can take the order offline or ( You can use the Corporate Link to send us all the Recepient information and delivery addresses, and send it to each person, however the delivery charge will be applicable per location.
Currently, orders are being delivered within 3-7 working days with standard shipping. For remote locations and areas there might be delays.
We ship all over Philippines with multiple reputed shipping partners. Most locations are covered, however if there is some areas not deliverable, recipient can pick it up in the nearest shipping partners location. There might be delays in order delivery during the festive season due to heavy loads with our logistics partners.
We charge 10 USD for delivery in Metro Manila areas and flat 15.00 USD for outside Metro Manila per order for delivery all over Philippines
Once your order is dispatched, you will get an automated email with the tracking number.
If you are sending a gift, please make sure you add separate billing and shipping addresses and phone numbers for seamless delivery.
For people ordering outside Philippines, you must provide a recepient phone number for the gift to be delivered to the recipient. Not doing so will lead to failure to deliver or delayed delivery.
Our delivery partners attempt to deliver the package 2-3 times. They usually call the number provided if no one answers the door. Incase they cannot reach the recipient after multiple attempts, the package is returned to us. We can re-send it, however if you wish to cancel it, we can issue you a store credit minus the shipping fee.
Yes we accept International cards including Visa, Mastercard, Amex etc. In the rare case you’re having trouble making the payment, please drop us an email at sales@philippinegiftbasket.com
If you order is not dispatched you can reach out to us to cancel the same, however if any products have been dispatched we cannot cancel the order.

If you do not get an order confirmation, please drop us an email sales@philippinegiftbasket.com with your payment details or a screenshot of your payment along with the shipping and billing names so we can track the payment and confirm the order for you.
